Prices listed are for a standard property configuration, comprising:

 front garden, hallway, stairs/landing,

 reception room, kitchen, cloakroom,
 bathroom, and the specified number of
 bedrooms

Additional rooms/spaces (for new inventories, updates & check-outs):
please add £10 per room for unfurnished properties

please add £15 per room for furnished properties

Sundays & Bank Holidays:
no extra charge

Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance:
£50 flat fee

UNF = unfurnished

FUR = furnished

POA = price on application
