Inventory

At the start of a tenancy, we produce a detailed inventory to record the condition and cleanliness of the property including any fixtures, fittings, contents, decoration, keys and meter readings.

We liaise with tenants to incorporate their feedback directly into the inventory report. All feedback is date and time stamped and clearly identifiable as the tenants'.

We produce detailed and accurate inventories to protect landlords and tenants against unfair claims. We use industry-leading software to create and store date-&-time-stamped reports, supported by hi-res photographs. Tenant signatures are captured digitally.

Our reports are completed on a 'same day' basis and sent to tenants for approval, before final submission as a formal record to the landlord or letting agent.
