Interim inspection

Periodically during the tenancy - usually every 3 to 6 months - an interim inspection is carried out to assess the condition of the property and to ensure that any indications of misuse or damage are identified early to prevent further damage or deterioration.

The interim report provides a summary overview of the condition of each room or space and includes descriptions of damage and potential issues arising from the tenant's use of the property.

The report is submitted to the landlord or lettings agent for their records and retained in our system for future reference.
